Heavy-duty lubricating greases and open gear lubricants to be showcased at MINExpo 2016
Klϋber Lubrication, a worldwide manufacturer of specialty lubricants, will highlight its heavy-duty lubricating greases and open gear lubricants for mining applications at booth #27115 during MINExpo 2016, September 26-28 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Klüberfluid C-F 3 ULTRA is a lubricant developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil to provide good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear. Klüberfluid C-F 3 ULTRA enables the end user to inspect open gears while in operation and significantly reduce the amount of cleaning time for NDT inspections. Klüberfluids will not clog spray nozzles and will freely flow from gear guards while offering superior protection over traditional asphaltic-based products.
Klüberlub BE 41-1501 is a heavy-duty grease specially formulated to increase the service life of highly loaded rolling bearings running at low rotational speeds, such as those found in high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR). Typical applications and requirements for Klüberlub BE 41-1501 include spherical roller bearings in roller presses, bowl mill crushers and rotary crushers in the mining and base materials industries.
Klüberplex EM 91-151 & 91-152 are lubricating greases designed to prevent galling, wear, and corrosion under extreme loads and slow speeds to increase the life of components and increase mobile equipment availability. These lubricating greases cover a wide range of operating temperatures and environments, since they have been formulated to adhere to metal surfaces and have an excellent resistance to water. The NLGI Grade 1 can be considered as an all-season grease, pumpable at minus 30 degrees C and an upper service temperature of 100 degrees C. Klüberplex EM 91-151 & 91-152 are used in the mining, cement and quarry industries for lubrication of plain bearings, bolts, joints, bushings, and other slow speed, high load applications found in mobile equipment.
